1. About Albanian Dentistry

Albanian Dentistry ("we", "us", "our") is a dental tourism recommendation and advisory agency based in Albania. We operate as an information and introduction service only. We are not a clinic, dentist, healthcare provider, or medical facility, and we do not perform, manage, or supervise any dental or medical procedures.

Our role is limited to helping international patients discover, compare, and get in touch with independent third-party dental clinics and professionals in Albania. All clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the treating clinic and healthcare professionals.

We act only as an introducer and advisory service. We are not your agent, we are not the clinic's medical representative, and we do not arrange, provide, or sell medical treatment.

By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read and understood the advisory-only nature of this service.

2. Referral Fee Disclosure

Albanian Dentistry's advisory and introduction service is free of charge to you. We do not charge patients any fees for our service at any stage.

We operate a referral model whereby the clinic pays us a fee upon a completed dental procedure by a patient we have introduced. This fee is paid entirely by the clinic, not by you, and does not affect the price you pay for your dental treatment. The treatment cost you are quoted by the clinic is the same regardless of whether you were introduced by us or not.

The existence of a referral arrangement does not influence our editorial content, the clinics we list, or the information we provide. We aim to present information fairly and accurately regardless of any commercial relationship. You are under no obligation to proceed with any clinic we introduce you to.

3. No Medical Advice

The content on this website, including prices, treatment descriptions, guides, and any communication you receive from us, is provided for general information and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should always seek the advice of a qualified dentist, doctor, or other licensed healthcare provider regarding any questions you have about a medical condition or treatment. All clinics and healthcare providers we present or introduce are independent third parties. We do not own, control, manage, or operate their businesses or medical practices.

• We do not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or suitability of any clinic, dentist, or treatment.
• We do not participate in clinical decision-making, treatment planning, or post-treatment care.
• We are not responsible for any acts, errors, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of any clinic or healthcare professional.
• We are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a clinic and accept no liability in connection with such agreements.

Any complaint, dispute, or claim relating to treatment quality, malpractice, complications, aftercare, refunds, pricing disputes, or clinical negligence must be directed to the treating clinic or healthcare provider. We may, at our discretion, assist in relaying communications, but any such assistance does not make us liable for the underlying treatment or dispute.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Albanian Dentistry's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or our services shall not exceed €100. We shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, damage, injury, complication, or claim arising from or related to any dental or medical procedure, travel arrangement, or decision you make based on our website or communications.

5. Your Responsibilities & Indemnification

By using this website, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the qualifications, licences, and reputation of any clinic or dentist you choose.
• Discussing all risks, alternatives, and expected outcomes directly with your chosen healthcare provider.
• Ensuring you have appropriate travel insurance, medical insurance, and documentation.
• Complying with the laws and regulations of your home country and Albania.
• Making your own independent decision about whether to proceed with any treatment or clinic.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Albanian Dentistry and its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, your breach of these Terms, or your interaction with any clinic or healthcare professional.

6. Prices & Information

All clinic listings, prices, quotes, treatment descriptions, response times, treatment timelines, savings claims, and other information published on this website or shared in our communications are approximate, indicative, and for guidance only. They do not constitute a binding offer, commitment, guarantee, or warranty by Albanian Dentistry.

Final treatment plans, pricing, availability, response times, refund terms, and all other contractual terms are determined solely by the treating clinic after its own review and clinical assessment.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date but do not warrant that any content is complete, error-free, current, or suitable for your circumstances at all times. We reserve the right to modify or remove content without notice.

7. Jurisdiction, Governing Law & Consumer Rights

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Albania.

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the United Kingdom or a Member State of the European Union, nothing in these Terms removes or limits your mandatory statutory rights under the laws of your country of habitual residence. To the extent that applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction confer rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights remain unaffected.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed deleted to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Albanian Dentistry with respect to your use of this website and our services.
